Introduction to Gol Gohar Volleyball Academy

Gol Gohar Volleyball Academy connects the history and roots of volleyball in the city of Sirjan with modern club management standards. Given the high capacity of this sport in the region, Gol Gohar Club, in the first years after its establishment and from the late 1990s, by forming educational centers, seriously began the process of talent identification and nurturing new generations of volleyball players; an initiative that was accompanied by volleyball training for juniors and cadets and the formation of teams in these age groups. From 2012, simultaneously with the development of volleyball in the club, Gol Gohar Volleyball Academy was established and began its activities with a coherent structure in all age groups and in both girls' and boys' sections.

Specialized Academy Base

In line with the development of professional infrastructure, the "Red Crescent Hall" as the specialized and main base of Gol Gohar Volleyball Academy, was renovated, standardized, and fully equipped with a technical approach to provide an environment consistent with training methods and educational standards necessary for volleyball learners. This specialized base is not only a training center but also a center for monitoring and precise evaluation of athletes' performance factors.
