Within the framework of the GOLTAD strategic plan, Gol Gohar Club aims to supply the athletes for its professional teams from the products of its academy, and to become a sustainable producer of national and club-level talents. The goals of this framework stem from the club's strategic plan for the 1404 horizon: targeted and effective management of sports talents in southeastern Iran, and a reliable supplier for men's and women's sports.

This path is based on two main strategies: targeted and program-based development of girls' and boys' sports academies, and enhancing the level of regional and national interactions with institutions influencing grassroots sports. With the full establishment of this system, a permanent production line of young athletes will take shape, whose financial benefits can be utilized, and which opens a clear path toward bringing honor to the country.
